Microsoft Dynamiics CRM Online licenses are assigned eser basis.

Four user subscription licence options are available enabling you to mix-and-match in line with individual user requirements (subject to a minimum of 5 Professional licences).

All Dynamics CRM Online licences include access using CRM desktop apps and mobile apps.

Professional Licence: (recommended for full sales, marketing, service and custom application) AUD $65.60 /user/month.

The Professional licence provides full access to all Dynamics CRM functions including database administration, sales opportunities, campaigns and marketing lists that are not available using Basic and Essential licences.

Basic Licence: AUD $30.30 /user/month.

Each Basic Licence includes read / write access to CRM activities, contacts, leads, accounts and cases in addition to custom CRM entities and personal dashboards.

Essential Licence: AUD $15.10  /user/month.

The Essential Licence is designed for users who require light weight access to CRM to manage activities and custom CRM entities.

Enterprise Licence: AUD $201.80  /user/month.

Storage

Each Dynamics CRM database includes 5GB storage capacity.

For every increment of 20 Professional CRM user subscription licences, the included storage capacity increases by 2.5GB, up to a maximum 50GB. Additional storage may be purchased for a fee.

Production Instance

Each Dynamics CRM customer registration includes 1 CRM production instance.

One non-production CRM instance is included at no additional cost for subscriptions with 25 or more Professional user licences. Additional production and non-production licences can be purchased as an add-on.
